Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, weight, and order value.
Free shipping may be available on orders above 1000, if applicable.
Any applicable taxes or duties will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 6 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to:

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
